Delivery Policy
 
Free delivery is available for Melaka town area, some delivery charges may vary depending on the area or zip code. You can message us your delivery location & we’ll provide you the exact delivery fees. We provide same-day delivery for all orders (Last order by 6pm).
 
Delivery Time Slots within Melaka
Currently we provide 2 different time slots for daily delivery service time:
  1. 10am-2pm
  2. 2pm-6pm
We will not take responsibility for the late delivery due to adverse weather conditions, incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, and any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
 
Shipping to Nationwide
Yes, we do provide shipping for soap flowers or any gifts that can be delivered by courier (J&T/ABX/DHL) to whole Malaysia.
Shipping fees start from RM35 & above, fees might vary depending on state.
 
Standard Delivery Lead Time
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our store within 1 business day(s) if they are placed before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Aside from public holidays, orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
 
Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival):
Peninsular Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 8 working days for your order to arrive.
* Days calculation excludes public holidays which differs by state and courier's non-working days.
 
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a message from us containing your tracking number, you can use this to view the status of your order at courier site.
If you have not received your tracking number within the next working day, please contact us by call or Whatsapp.
 
What Happens When There Is A Delay In My Delivery?
Delays are commonly caused by wrong information provided by Customer, import delays and/or high demand of orders. CCH Florist will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the info provided by customer is incorrect. However, our customer service team is always happy to provide any assistance.
 
If the recipient is not home/office
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, Sender must arrange for delivery date and notify us. Sender are responsible to bear any delivery cost for second delivery attempt. To maintain the freshness of our blooms upon receipt, re-delivery has to be done as soon as possible.
 
Recipient May be Contacted
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure he/she will be home to accept the delivery.
 
Request to Leave Item at Door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
 
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
 
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message is the message that is sent with flower products. We do not include any billing information with your order.
 
Adverse Weather Conditions
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our driver may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.
