Terms & Conditions

By using this site, you agree to below Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you shall not use this website. This site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without prior notice. 

1. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Site, to understand our practices.

2. Order Policy

All order made by you are subject to flower availability. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without any liability or compensation in the event that any flower is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.

3. Cancellation Policy

There will be NO refund for cancellations of order. We accept change on order to next time which will not impose any cancellation fees if you wish to replace current order to future order.

4. Changes to Your Order

If you wish to change your order, please contact us through 018-6632312. We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes in relation to the delivery address and card messages.

5. Delivery Area

Currently we are only delivering within Melaka area at this moment. 

6. Delivery Policy

Our delivery is available from Monday to Sunday, include public holidays. 

When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. Kindly review our Delivery Policy for more details. 

7. Price

All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment

We accept payment by online and offline. For oversea we only accept payment from Singapore. 

Online: Online Banking, Visa/Master, PayPal, E-Wallet (Grab & TNG)

Offline: Cash, COD (with deposit)

9. Return & Refund Policy

We have established return & refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed. 

10. Flower availability and substitution

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: 

  • acts of God
  • outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism
  • the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent)
  • fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather
  • power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles
  • default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners
  • theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind
  • any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to reject any order/ return / refund provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent.
